About you…
- Over 3 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of UiPath standards and best practices.
- Proven track record of successful UiPath process implementations.
- Previous experience includes acting as a solution architect for processes or developing them autonomously with minimal input from a solution architect.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experienced in supporting a delivery team.
- Previous experience in escalating incidents and concerns on projects, ensuring problems are mitigated and resolved.
- High aptitude for creative problem-solving and willingness to challenge and improve best standards and practices.
- Strong time management skills. Experience in setting up UiPath infrastructure.
- Previous experience with Document Understanding or Process Mining.
- Familiarity with AI machine learning concepts. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in DevOps methodology through Azure DevOps. Self-motivated and competitive.
In this role, you will…
Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as part of a fast-growing intelligent automation consultancy. Working out of the Professional Services delivery function, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects. This will involve the design, development, testing, and production delivery of robotic processes built within UiPath. You will be client-facing and will build successful relationships between TQA and its clients. The ideal candidate will also need to support the success of internal business targets including Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, and Billable Utilization.

- Designing efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts (BAs).
- Supporting developers as they develop UiPath solutions, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects you’re involved with.
- Summarize project details to create case studies.
- Mapping high-level future state processes.
- Developing and/or reviewing the Process Design Document (PDD) and Automation Solution Document (ASD) as required.
- Supporting developers throughout the entire process lifecycle. Including design, development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, hyper care, and deployment.
- Ensuring the quality of robotic processes, while following any methodology changes to keep in line with TQA development standards.
- Coaching Associate Consultants and Consultants on UiPath development and TQA development standards.
- Conducting accurate code reviews on delivery projects.
- Liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the entire project lifecycle; Capture and establish solutions for scope changes and roadblocks, report back to the project management team to ensure quality of service.
- Working with the TQA Managed Services Team to fulfill process handover requirements at the end of a project.
- Supporting commercial training activities and pre-sales opportunities.
- Hosting initial process walkthrough sessions to establish automation feasibility and estimate implementation timelines.
