About you…
You’re a Technical Project Manager interested in playing a pivotal role within a small but rapidly growing team as part of a global technology scale-up business that has big ambitions, a great working environment, and with like-minded and passionate people who love what they do. You take pride in ensuring that both internal and client projects are delivered on time, on budget, in scope and according to expectations. You are detail-oriented, highly organised, commercially astute, cool under pressure, and driven by successful client outcomes.
- +5 years plus experience as a project manager leading on technical implementation and/or integration projects or programmes (RPA or similar).
- Significant Agile project methodology experience - SCRUM Master preferable.
- Commercially astute and understands the need to baseline and manage project costs.
- Highly collaborative and capable of establishing and maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently as required.
- Confident to establish the governance and framework of a fledgeling PMO.
- Team player and emotionally intelligent enough to lead across a multi-disciplinary team of varied personalities and skill sets.
In this role you will…
- Set up our PMO and project governance, process and operations management, and oversee project operations for start to finish.
- You will be responsible for adhering to budgets, rallying teams to meet deadlines, and keeping everyone on point to contribute accordingly.
- Lead a coordinated approach to TQA Project Management across the Products division, interfacing with our wider professional services business as required. This will be an externally facing role in which you will represent TQA, ensuring client projects are executed to a high level of quality, on time, on budget and to the agreed scope contracted.
- You will be tasked with setting up a fledgling PMO capability with a view to expanding this as the Products division grows, whilst providing hands-on PM assistance to our client related projects as well as certain strategic internal initiatives.
- You will coordinate an effective project management planning and delivery process ensuring appropriate prioritisation and communication.
- You will work collaboratively with other business areas along with 3rd party partners/vendors in providing ongoing project management support, advice, reporting and subject matter expertise for customer projects which may include complex product onboarding, bespoke automation and technology integration project delivery and/or agile (SCRUM) based internal development projects.

- Set up and maintain a Project Management Office (PMO), leveraging the existing TQA project framework where relevant.
- Effectively manage the portfolio of projects within the Products Division.
- Develop project plans and delivery estimates to support proposal development and project delivery execution.
- Manage all activities, meetings, risks, and issues occurring with projects both with client and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews with business customers to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop and implement stakeholder relationship management maps and plans to proactively maintain service delivery.
- Develop Management Information reporting and governance to proactively measure project performance, provide insight and take corrective actions on scope creep.
- Establish a change control process to manage changes to project scope.
- Ensure that services are delivered to customers and project scope expectations meet the requirements of the SOW.
- Act as a point of escalation for our customers in-flight projects, in combination with our CSM function.
- Ensuring that the appropriate project governance framework is in place and followed accordingly for all projects.
- Accountable for the successful completion of projects, ensuring that they are managed effectively and delivered within the agreed timescales.
- Accountable for the change control process to ensure profitability remains as planned and forecast.
- Responsible for the recommending ongoing development of project management tooling, including the use of Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Maintain client relationships to successfully handover projects into delivery.
- Build stakeholder relationships at all levels with business customers.
- Assist with the management of internal Product operations and development activities acting in the capacity as SCRUM Master, managing the backlog and running standups, sprint planning and retrospective or other meetings as required.
