About you…
We’re looking for a HLS Senior Business Analyst who will assess and help in client’s strategic direction and plans, to develop comprehensive roadmaps and business cases. You will be highly competent in facilitating structured requirement coordinating workshops and producing supporting documentation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with or supporting healthcare organizations such as clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities, insurance payers, clearinghouses, or labs, and familiarity with the healthcare industry.
- Experience in revenue cycle processes, including claims management, denial handling, and payment reconciliation is needed.
- Significant Agile project Methodology/ Scrum Master experience ideal.
- Knowledge of change management best practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Solutions.
- AI Technical knowledge and background preferred.
- Good Commercial Experience, customer facing up to C Suite level.
- You are highly collaborative, a team player and leadership experienced.
- High Levels of Emotional intelligence.
- You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field.
In this role you will:
Analyze and document, using formal techniques (UML, Agile Modelling etc.) existing business processes, and work closely with clients to develop new client business processes. TQA Business Analyst will analyze and assess client’s strategic direction and plans, to develop comprehensive roadmaps and business cases. You will be highly competent in facilitating structured requirement coordinating workshops and producing supporting documentation:
- Quickly understand the client's needs and their existing business processes
- Analyze existing client technology capability and functionality.
- Understand and gather client’s requirements and recommend applicable approaches.
- Define the client needs and recommend solutions.
- Create process models (AS-IS and to be)
- Run or actively participate in workshops.
- Business case and Return on Investment

- Analyze existing client technology capabilities and functionality and map the technology and functionality to suitable solutions.
- Capture non-functional requirements and ensure requirements are achieved upon delivery.
- When necessary, act as an intermediary between non-technical stakeholders and technical stakeholders.
- Perform delivery assurance, including test planning and facilitation of UAT (with the support of a QA Consultant or QA Manager).
- Support and deliver a successful client vision ensuring target ROI is achieved.
- Create and present reports / findings, business cases and other client project related requirements to senior stakeholders.
- Push back on stakeholders when expectations are not commercially viable or offer appropriate courses of action based on costs and benefits.
- Consolidate, document, and manage any formal / informal change process within a project.
- Create detailed scope documents in preparation for client sign off or sales proposal generation.
- Coordinate UI design and mock-up creation with the UI Design team.
- Manage approval process with the client and ensure deadlines are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Coordinate work effort estimates for stories and tasks with the Development team.
- Break down feature requirements and proposed fixes into user stories and tasks for the development team.
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of product releases based on roadmap commitments and customer deadlines.
- Help coordinate the release process with Development and Infrastructure teams.
